At Creme of Nature, we want you to love your hair care experience; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused products are eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the contents are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
